VEGASON 65 ultrasonic level gauge/material level gauge from Germany
■Measurement principle
The probe emits ultrasonic waves ranging from 10kHz to 70kHz, which are reflected back to the measured medium and re received by the probe. Ultrasonic waves propagate at the speed of sound waves, and the time from the emission of sound waves to the reflection and reception is proportional to the distance from the probe to the surface of the measured medium.
The VEGASON series sensors imported from Germany use new microprocessing technology and unique ECHOFOX software to accurately analyze level echoes, eliminate false reflections, and accurately calculate the distance between the probe and the surface of the measured medium. The integrated temperature probe can measure the temperature inside the container and compensate for measurement errors caused by temperature. By setting the height dimension of the input container, the distance value above can be converted into a signal proportional to the level of the object. VEGASON series sensors do not require empty or full chamber debugging and setting.
■ Large measurement range
The German ultrasonic sensors VEGASON61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66 are suitable for measuring liquid and solid media. The difference between these types of level gauges/level gauges/level gauges lies in the measurement range, probe form, and process connection. By using different transmission frequencies, the measurement range can be from 5 meters to 70 meters. The probe and process connection are made of stable materials, which can measure corrosive media. For VEGASON63, a very practical and convenient gantry frame can also be used to adjust the direction of the sensor. VEGASON64、 65 and 66 can be aligned with the surface of the medium through universal joint installation.
There are four different installation types for VEGASON64~66:
Type A: Integrated, flange type
Type B: Integrated, equipped with universal joints
Type C: Split type, equipped with universal joints
D-type: Split type, threaded installation
Not affected by the characteristics of the medium
Mixing or changing the medium has no effect on the measurement results. There is no need to re calibrate the level instrument.
Easy maintenance and upkeep of instruments
Due to the use of non-contact measurement, the installation and maintenance of VEGASON ultrasonic level gauge/material level gauge are very simple.
